Solutions Partner

Solutions Partners are the deepest tier of the Wolfox programme. You run sales conversations with your clients, deploy Wolfox configurations tailored to their needs, handle ongoing implementation and account management, and stay close to renewals. To your clients, you are the intelligence partner — Wolfox is the platform powering what you deliver. You earn recurring commission on the Wolfox contract, and you charge your clients directly for implementation, training, and ongoing services on top.

Sales Partners lead the commercial conversation with prospective clients but lean on the Wolfox team for the technical implementation. You drive the sales process from introduction through close. Once the deal is signed, Wolfox configures the deployment and handles infrastructure. You stay involved on the account — running periodic reviews, surfacing new use cases, and leading renewal conversations — but you don't own the day-to-day technical work. You earn the same lifetime recurring commission as Solutions Partners.

Referral Partners introduce prospective clients to Wolfox and step out of the sales process. We handle every conversation, every demo, every contract. When the customer signs, you earn a finder's fee on the deal. This is the lightest commitment in the programme and the simplest path for individuals and firms who have strong networks but don't want operational responsibility for sales or implementation.

The commercial model
We've designed the Wolfox partner economics to reward partners for finding and keeping good customers. The structure is deliberately straightforward.
Solutions Partners and Sales Partners earn recurring commission on every contract they bring in, for as long as the customer remains active. Not for the first year. Not for 24 months. For the life of the contract.
Our commission rates sit at the high end of the industry standard for B2B SaaS partner programmes. We'd rather have fewer partners earning meaningful revenue than many partners earning a token gesture.
Exact percentages, finder's fees, and tier-specific commercials are reviewed during your partner application conversation. We tailor the commercial structure to the partner profile and the deal flow we expect.
How partnership works
The partnership process is designed to be fast, honest, and respectful of your time. Most qualified partners go from first application to first deal in a matter of weeks.
Submit a short application telling us about your firm, your client base, the tier you're interested in, and the regions or sectors you cover. Five minutes to complete.
One of the founding team will schedule a 30-minute conversation to discuss your goals, walk through the commercial pack, and answer any questions.
Once approved, you receive partner credentials, training materials, sales collateral and the technical documentation pack.
Bring deals into the pipeline, close them with whatever level of Wolfox involvement matches your tier, and start earning. Quarterly partner reviews keep the relationship healthy and surface opportunities.

Not every introduction needs a formal partner agreement. If you know an organisation that would be a great fit for Wolfox — you can send us a warm introduction and earn a referral fee when they convert to a paying customer. No application. No tier. No commitment. Just a single referral form, a clean handoff, and a fee paid when the deal closes.
Referral fee terms are shared by email when you submit a referral. Most introductions resolve within 60 days.
